Materials: sweatshirt, fleece, acrylic paints, freehand, paint brushes, acrylic medium

Pullover-style hooded sweatshirt with side-seam pockets (toddler sizes) or front kangaroo pocket in kids sizes; cotton-poly blend mid-weight fleece, ash gray. An assortment of cute, colorful turtles and bugs are scattered around the hoodie, individually hand painted by artist Deborah Willard, who works freehand, without patterns or stencils, so no two garments are exactly alike.

Toddler 4T (shown); other sizes painted to order: 2T, 5/6T, Kids XS (2-4), S (6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16).

Non-toxic, lead-free artist's acrylic paints are permanent; and will not run or fade onto other items in the wash. No heat setting needed. Any initial stiffness in the painted area will soften during the washing and drying process.

Easy care. Machine wash, inside out, cold or warm water. Tumble dry low.

Hand Painted Garments: Turn inside out, and machine or hand wash according to garment manufacturer's recommendations. Hand painted design will not wash out or fade onto other items in the wash. Bleach may be used as needed -- it will not affect the painted portion of the design. Tumble dry low-to-medium heat or line dry.

Headwear: Hand washing recommended.

Heat-Printed Items: Turn inside out and machine wash, delicate cycle. Remove promptly. Do not soak. Tumble dry low or medium heat.

Custom orders are encouraged! I don't always have a design already painted in a whole range of sizes. My designs are all created freehand and may vary somewhat from what is shown in photos. If you like a particular design motif visible in the photo, please send me your preference(s) in a conversation message.

Extra charge may apply, depending on the complexity of the requested design.

Personalization is available too, usually at no extra charge.

Manufacturers' size ranges vary. There is no uniform standard, unfortunately. I can furnish measurements upon request. I can also advise whether an item is preshrunk or not.

Unless otherwise specified, sizes quoted are unisex. If you are unsure of what size to order, let me know how you like your clothing to fit: close fit, roomy, etc.,so that I can make a recommendation based on whether the style in particular runs large or small.

In the case of dresses: if you plan to shorten the item, let me know so that I can adjust the painted design accordingly.
